You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You can apply directly on our website or through the property posting. You can also view our rental criteria here before you apply. -
Can you hold a place before I apply?
We do not allow holds on our rentals. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All persons living in the home over the age of 18 must complete an application. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We require our tenants to pay one full month rent, and a security deposit (usually $20 less than rental amount). The security deposit is not considered as last month’s rent. If you move in after the 1st of the month, the full rental amount is still collected on move-in date, and then you are charged the prorated amount the following month. -
Is the deposit refundable?
We are committed to being fair and understanding to normal wear and tear. It is our goal and wishes to return every deposit in full. To assist us with our goal in returning your Security Deposit in-full we ask all tenants to return the property in the condition it was provided to you, minus normal wear-and-tear. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We currently do not accept co-signers. -
How do I pay rent?
We request that all tenants utilize their online tenant portal to make their monthly rental payments. -
Do you allow animals?
All animal information for Place Property Management is to be current on OurPetPolicy, our animal management system. All animals including Pets and Assistance Animals (animals required because of a disability) need to have all information up to date. For standard household pets, there is an annual charge of $35 for the first pet, and $20 for any subsequent pets, paid to OurPetPolicy. There is no cost for indicating that there are no animals in the unit, and there is no cost for assistance animals. Please click this link to apply: https://resident.ourpetpolicy.com/signup.
Applicants must check the rental advertisement to confirm if pets will be considered for the home in which you are applying for (service and assistance animals excluded). Some of our rentals allow pets, some do not. Restrictions including but not limited to type of pet, number of pets, & weight of pet apply. Additional Pet Fees & Deposits apply. Pets over 100 lbs, or puppies under 1 year of age are not allowed in any of our rentals. Everyone must complete the OurPetPolicy application including applicants and residents that do NOT own a pet or animal. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You can download a copy of the 30 Day Notice to Vacate form and email it to info@placemanagements.com.
